The remaining balance can then be paid in cash upon arrival or transferred to our account approximately 2 weeks before the start of your vacation. <\/p>\n<p>We will send you further information and our bank details along with your reservation confirmation. For last-minute bookings, payment can only be made in cash on site. <\/p>\n<p>Cancellation: <br \/>Cancellations are only valid in writing.<\/p>\n<p>There are no cancellation fees up to 6 months before the start of the vacation.<br \/>Up to six months before the guest\u2019s agreed-upon arrival date, both parties to the contract\u2014that is, both the guest and the lodging provider\u2014may terminate the lodging contract without incurring a cancellation fee.
