Experience the character of our vineyard in Trentino. Shaped by the Italian sun and the Alpine-Mediterranean climate, these grapes—thanks to high-altitude vinification—bring power, structure, and tradition to your glass—rounded out with authentic Tyrolean delicacies.
What to Expect:
A Glimpse: Guided tour of the vineyard and/or the wine cellar.
In Your Glass: A welcome drink of 0% alcohol verjus spritz, followed by 4–5 distinctive wines and a fine liqueur to finish.
On the plate: A hearty, substantial Tyrolean snack with fresh bread, bacon, smoked sausages, savory cheese, crisp vegetables, water, and soda.
