The Trueferhof and the Hof Chalet are just a few minutes' walk from the Ehrwalder Almbahn valley station and the beautiful family-friendly hiking area.

Easy Hikes:

Seebenwasserfall Children’s Adventure Trail
Starts at the Ehrwalder Almbahn valley station. Walking time: approx. 45 min. Along the trail, you’ll find numerous information boards, puzzle stations, and rest areas.
Valley Hike along the Altmühlenweg
Starts at the valley station. An idyllic hiking trail to the first bridge and back to the Trueferhof, or follow the second section to the center of Ehrwald and return via Martinsplatz and the neighborhoods of Lische or Haag to the Trueferhof.
Hike around the Almsee
Take the cable car to the Ehrwalder Alm mountain station and enjoy a leisurely walk of just a few minutes to the small Almsee lake, which offers a beautiful view of the valley.
Ehrwalder Alm Valley Hike
Take the cable car to the Ehrwalder Alm mountain station; from there, follow the forest and meadow trail—which skiers use to descend into the valley in winter—past the Ganghoferhütte to the Ehrwalder Alm valley station.
