Tasting Notes
A deep amber-gold color with fascinating reddish highlights.
Extremely viscous and dense in the glass. Concentrated and complex on the nose.
Ripe quince and mirabelle plum blend with the aromas of three months of straw drying:
Dried fruit (apricot, raisin) and wild honey.
A monumental powerhouse with an opulent, creamy texture.
The 17 percent alcohol and sweetness are brilliantly balanced by the cool Alpine acidity, giving it a seemingly endless, complex finish.
